Just want to mention that I was most impressed with the tour company that I had booked our Shanghai tour with. Even with the late cancellation that we had to make due to our itinerary change, within 2 days they had refunded my deposit that I had to pay to secure my tour.
We were really disappointed to have missed out on this tour but we know that one day we will return.
